Recovering bounced emails through WordPress?

[ad_1]

My client was using a WPForm form using the native WordPress mailer and Google was causing real form submissions to be bounced back to the sender (I have since installed and set up SMTP). Is there any way to recover/view bounced emails? I have found the bounced email addresses in the Google admin account, but my client needs to see the the information that was submitted with the form to determine which submissions were spam and which were not. Is there any way I can view/find that information, through WordPress, Google, or otherwise? I have reached out to WPForms and they are unable to help. If there isn’t a way to view the information, does anyone know of a way to identify if an email is spam or not (other than if it obviously looks like spam)? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

  1. Were they no help? Or did they tell you you have to pay for a license to store the entry data and then have it visible? Free plugin doesn’t store the data, so likely SOL. Use a better forms plugin going forward.
