Redirect Sites from WordPress.com to Bluehost or Hostinger – Do I need to pay $13 per site (I have 2) or is it possible to just do it manually?

I read online about changing htaccess file (sorry I am totally noob), but can I access and change the file when 2 sites are both on the free WordPress.com?

If there is an easy way that I can do it without having to pay them $13 per year, that would be great.

  1. Change your DNS to point to your new hosting. Then set up the rules on the new hosting to handle the redirects.

    OR are you talking about a *.wordpress.com domain?
