I understand that you’ve enabled the option Add to cart behaviour Redirect to the cart page after successful addition under WooCommerce > Settings > Product, however, it is redirecting to your site’s checkout page, instead of the cart page, correct?
I replicated the scenario on my personal site, however, I am unable to reproduce the issue on my end. This function is working as expected.
I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.

In the woocommerce settings, under the Direct checkout, I have Replace cart url option with the custom url, and then added the link to tha cart in that custom URL.
Hence the issue got resolved.
