I’m experiencing a strange situation whereby any attempt to enter the shop of woocommerce, particularly if I make a button, redirects to a non-existant image called shop.jpg.
That image has been completely deleted from my site. The permalinks have been reset a dozen time. Both my workstation and the server have been restarted. The database has been searched for any reference to the image. Nothing.
The browser cache has been cleared a half-dozen times. All the regular steps have been done. All rewrite rules for apache have been commented out. It redirects to this non-existent image regardless.
I’m posting here to get some help, but I’m thinking of filing a bug report.
I’ve switched to the 2024 theme. Everything. I cannot enter my shop via the front page and I’ve exhausted everything I know. (Even if I type in the exact url of mydomain.com/shop it redirects to that non-existant image. In fact, I’ve even completely destroyed wordpress and the database and reinstalled everything. Same result.
Guys, I’ve now wasted a day and a half on something that should take 5 minutes.
Please help.
