Redirection plugin that 301 any URL to the ‘best match’ instead of Homepage

I used to have a plugin some years ago that would 301 any URL to a best match.. So if the website had a website.com/how-to-train-your-dog and you go to website.com/train-yourdog-typo it would redirect to the existing article.

But I can’t find any plugin that does that.

I’m changing my permalinks from %postname% to %category%/%postname%
