I was unable to reproduce the issue on my end, as iDEAL is working as expected in my test environment.
To assist you further, I recommend performing a conflict test. This will help rule out any potential issues with your theme or other plugins. Here’s what you can do:
- Temporarily switch to the default Storefront theme.
- Disable all other plugins except for WooCommerce and PayPal Payments.
- Try processing a test order to see if the issue with iDEAL persists.
If the problem no longer occurs, this means there is a conflict with another plugin or your theme. You can then re-enable your plugins one by one to identify the source of the conflict.

Thank you very much for your quick reply. The issue is suddenly resolved. In the develop console it gave an error it was missing the bank. In the front end I was not able to select any bank. The dropdown was missing. Think a hickup. After my hostingprovider cleared all caches it worked.
