When looking at your site, right click the part where you want to edit and select “inspect”, should bring up dev tools.
Look at the section you want to edit, copy the class/id name and then in the default editor, under “additional CSS”, add your padding, margin, etc to customize your page.
Pretty much any style on WP can be customized this way.
