Reducing margins on mobile only?

Hello,
I cant quite figure out how to reduce the margin for the blog part of my website. It looks just fine on pc, but on mobile i’d like it to be smaller. I’ve tried the following CSS code, but with no result:

(@)media only screen and (max-width: 959px){ div#content-wrap { max-width: 95%; } }
