This is not behavior Redux would cause, as it is an options framework.
What this typically means is that there is a problem with the theme someplace. The reason it stops when you disable Redux is that you are disabling all theme options when doing so, which means whatever is causing this is not happening as it’s like tied to an option. When Redux is reactivated, whatever option is tied to the failing feature is reactivated. This gives the appearance that Redux is the issue when it’s actually a theme issue. If you read old tickets here, you will see this is the case time and again.
We do not support individual themes and theme users as we have a copy of the theme, no way of knowing how theme authors are using Redux or using it properly (many do not), and tickets regarding premium themes are not permitted here per WordPress guidelines. You will need to contact whoever does support for the theme. If they are able to rule out their theme code and have hard data Redux is the issue, then they need to be the ones to contact us with a support ticket.
Good luck.
