You’ll have to contact the author of your theme and report the issue. Two reasons. 1) It’s a premium theme, and support for those is not allowed in these forums. 2) I do not have access to the theme and can do no testing. It’s also the theme developer’s responsibility to debug their work. I have no way of knowing how they are using Redux.
If the theme author determines there is an issue with Redux, they need to be the ones to file an issue with us, and we’ll work with them to determine the cause.
