Refresh cache of homepage after publishing post

[ad_1]

On my client’s website I’ve installed Redis and it works. But after publishing a post the post is online, although it’s not shown on the recent posts section on the homepage.

I had to manually clear the Redis cache (and after that the page cache) to make the new post visible on the homepage.

Besides Redis I’m also using Swift Performance for page caching, but that has always worked, as it’s setup to clear the homepage from the cache after publishing a post. Is it also possible to do this with Redis? Maybe via a code snippet for a mu-plugin or something?

Thanks!
