Refunds for faulty products? |

WordPress is a free product, backed by donations to a non-profit foundation, entirely developed and supported by volunteers.

We do not sell products, nor do we have any business relationship with those who do sell products.

I recommend you do not grant anyone access to your site that you do not want to.

If you purchased the theme through a vendor, like ThemeForest or Creative Market, please request a refund from the vendor.

If you purchased the theme from a developer, and they will not honor their own refund policy, I recommend that you file a chargeback with your payment provider.

Thank you. Yes, it was a paid theme, but not from those authors. I have requested a refund from the developer but he is not being very helpful and insists I allow him access to my site to load a “demo”. I have never had trouble with demos before. I also have a dispute process going with Paypal, but wondered if anyone here had any other advice.

Thanks again for your reply.
