Related Post From Network (WP Multisite)

Hi,

Thanks for the nice plugin and I am using it long since. Recently I have created a Multisite and everything is working fine. I use shortcode to display related posts and use manual related post or Keyword.

Currently Manual Post search or Keywords are working on the same blog/site but I need to display related posts from other network or subsite of Multisites.

Will you please help me to display Related Post from Network sites? I think it maybe fancy but it will help me a lot.
