Relevanssi breaks elementor footer | WordPress.org

[ad_1]

It seems that Elementor doesn’t print out the inline CSS styles for the spacers on the search results template whenever there are results. You better ask Elementor support about that; I do not know Elementor’s inner workings and have no idea why Elementor does that. Relevanssi doesn’t do anything on the search results template, at least not directly, and this is likely something specific to your site.

If you’re sure Relevanssi is the root cause here, I need a way to reproduce this problem, so please provide instructions on how I can do that. I have Elementor 3.9.1, but I don’t have Elementor Pro.

Thanks for your response. I’m not sure I can re-create the issue without Elementor Pro since you can’t set a new page template for the Search Results page without the Pro version as far as I’m aware.

There’s definitely something going on with the spacers. What’s even weirder is based on the search term, the layout changes:

https://beauc2.sg-host.com/?s=fund
https://beauc2.sg-host.com/?s=asdkjfnasdkjf

…all return different layouts. When I uninstall Relevanssi, the issue resolves and all search scenarios properly show.

The layout doesn’t change; it’s just the inline CSS that sets the size of the thumbnails goes missing.

Are you using the “Conditional and Inline CSS Load Experiment”? If you are, try disabling it.

Wow you diagnosed the issue correctly based on quickly inspecting the pages I sent you. Much much appreciated! I will be buying the pro version once we get our service off the ground. Thanks again.
