Hi there,
As a first step to fix this click the Delete button next to the backup entry.
Uncheck the tick box ‘Also Delete from remote storage’ and click Delete.
This should remove the backup from the list of Existing Backups shown.
Best regards,
Nick
Hi, thanks for coming back to me. As they say ‘ been there, done that’! That was my first port of call but the system can’t actually find any backups dated 27th August. I’m guessing there is an index somewhere that lists all the backups and that’s the file I need to edit.
Hi,
Did you leave the option to “also delete from remote storage” unchecked?
It sounds like the backup does not exist so leaving this option unchecked should remove it from the list.
Ain’t you a clever old stick!! Didn’t even think of that (obviously). Sorted, thanks.
