Removing 3rd Party Script Breaks Mobile

Here’s the skinny: I built a dev site using Elementor for a client. They had me using this script for DearDoc (live chat plugin) the entire time. We’re a week away from launch and they said they don’t want it. Easy, I just removed the script. BUT now the site is loading as the full version on mobile. I’m not sure how that makes sense. With the script enabled, mobile loads responsively as you’d imagine, but without it, it appears the mobile browser isn’t sussing out the screen size. Any leads?
