Sorry but I am not a LearnDash user and what is in the documentation I got from a user who told me about it.
From what I understand, as it is all about using the course_courseID_access_from meta keys you should delete that data.
For that you can use the option that we give that says: What should the plugin do with empty cells? and choose to delete the meta key.
