I’ve gone through your help thread here as well as your support/sales documentation.
I want to start with the notion that it’s ludicrous that any woocommerce shop owner would ever want a subscription to renew automatically without taking payment. So, with this in mind the expectation is that this plugin would do just that – or it serves no purpose. And, you use language that PayPal “can” be used to pay… but you have never said anywhere that PayPal MUST be used to accept payment. This is extremely unclear and really poorly executed resulting in your low rating despite being a reasonable plugin.
So – now that I can’t trust the documentation at all, I need to know, if I purchase the full plugin, what plugins/gateways will it support. You list your own YITH Stripe Payments as “one of” the gateways supported but I don’t use this one and I don’t see a full list and I have no faith at this point.
I’m hopeful that a proper answer will keep me as a customer of YITH – you have several plugins that I’ve enjoyed over the years (both paid and free) that have given you a decent reputation… this is certainly NOT one of them.
This is a very disappointing waste of time/resources all created from vague/unclear sales language.
