Thank you for sending the screenshot.

Usually, you get this message if you missed providing the system status report or entered other information in the system status report field instead.

You can find your system status report at WooCommerce → Status, click the Get system report button, and then the Copy for support button.

Once you do this, you can paste it into the system status field (illustrated above) and submit your request.
