repeated error in woopayments -> Order price is 0.

[ad_1]

Hi @softeye73,

Thank you for reaching out to us and providing detailed information about the issues you’re encountering with WooCommerce Payments. The “Order price is 0” error typically indicates that the payment request button was disabled because the order amount retrieved was zero. This could be due to a variety of reasons, such as a misconfiguration in the product settings or an issue with the cart system. The message about the unsupported product type also suggests there might be a compatibility issue with the product configuration.

The error stating that your page does not contain the [woocommerce_cart] shortcode or the woocommerce/cart block is indeed concerning, as it suggests that the cart functionality may not be properly configured on your site. This could be related to the issue with orders failing. To address this, please verify that your cart page is set up correctly with the necessary shortcode or block. You can find guidance on how to do this in our documentation.

Since you’ve mentioned that some orders are failing with a status change from “Pending payment” to “Failed,” it’s possible that there is a communication issue between your site and the payment gateway. Additionally, it would be helpful to know if all types of products are affected or if it’s limited to specific ones. Are there any commonalities among the orders that fail?

We’re waiting for your reply and looking forward to helping you further.

Hi @afzalpansuvi,

Thank you for getting back to me.

the issue is generic to any product and its inconsistent. some orders are failing and few minutes after I receive a message they passed.

the notes are as follow: “Order status changed from Pending payment to Failed.” follow with “Order status changed from Failed to Processing.

my concern this is cause by some plugin or the theme.

(can you kindly verify. the provided link shows – Page not found)

thank you

Dan

Hi @softeye73,

Seems like we’ll need to have a closer look. Could you please open a ticket about this from Woo.com > My profile > Support? You may need to create an account before you can access that page.

Please include a link to this forum thread, so that we can keep track of what’s already been done.

Thanks!
