Replace pictures like webp – file type is not permitted for security reasons

I am very happy with the Folders plugin, because it helps me to keep things organized and to find them quickly. Another good feature is the replace tool.

But my images are almost exclusively saved in webp format.

When I want to replace a jpg image with another jpg image, I get this error message.

Sorry, this file type is not permitted for security reasons.

How can I fix the problem?
