Republishing from drafts – SEO affected?

Hi all,

I'm running a website for a company and using it to garner recruitment traffic. I have multiple job listings that come and go.

I have been sticking them in drafts while not needed, and then republishing them when we're hiring that particular role again.

My concern is any negative effects that may have on SEO. Is it better to delete the posts altogether, should I keep on doing what I'm doing, should I just take important info off the post and keep the page live but remove customer journey?

What do we think, gang?
