I don’t have any dataset to share, I made a good one but it’s too personal… then I have others made by some other users here 🙂
Generally, the issue is not the dataset; but the fact you should:
- remove the context
- check casually_fined_tuned
- avoid content_aware
Can you check this? Do you have an URL where I I can see the page?

Anyway, this is an example (to embed the chat, I’ve used a shortcode in a single page with other content… a website built with Beaver Builder):

A curiosity, can I also test with only one question in the dataset, or is there a minimum quantity to be set for the service to work correctly?
Lastly, how can I put the placeholders about “email”, phone”, etc.?
Now, when I ask, “Could you give me your email or phone?” to the Ai on a chat embedded on the contact page with “content_aware” enabled, the Ai does not see the email on the webpage and give me a generic email (e.g. [email protected]).
