At the moment we don’t have a feature to approve any changes made by vendors on their store settings.
Although, you can disable the “Store Description” option as seen here https://snipboard.io/l1R4kE.jpg, then you can create a dedicated contact form for your the vendors to fill in when they need to make any changes.
We already have an outstanding ticket for this feature request and I have +1 the ticket to boost the priority some more. We’ll keep you in the loops for updates.
