To book an event, users need to log-in or create an account at the time of the checkout. Without logging in, they cannot book an event. Although this can be bypassed using our Guest Checkout extension.
But there are other advantages of booking through an account. EventPrime offers a robust user area where users can check their bookings and transactions.
After booking the event, if the tickets are enabled then they will get a ticket as a PDF attachment with the booking confirmation email.
