LiteSpeed Cache (LSC) and ShortPixel Image Optimizer (SPIO) are completely different products, so there shouldn’t be any issue between them.
If you are referring to the image optimization provided by LSC, I can only tell you that our plugin does the resizing only upon optimization. That means that if you resize an image with SPIO, you are effectively compressing it as well, which means that you shouldn’t use any other image optimization plugin to prevent over-compression issues.
In other words, if you are using SPIO, do not touch the images with LSC 🙂 But you can still of course use all the cache and page optimization features by LSC.
