Responsive columns in Block Editor?

Is there a way to make a column width responsive in the Block Editor?

So, let’s say I have a four-column setup that takes 100% of the available width.

The first column is 30% wide, which looks fine in HD resolution and above.

On lower-end laptops, I’d like to make the first column a little wider, to accommodate the smaller resolution.

I’ve found something close in the Content Blocks Builder plugin, although at first glance it seems something is missing for my needs. But above all, I’d try to keep as much as possible within the basic WP installation, avoiding third-party plugins.
