Yes, the “Responsive Controls” feature is not currently available in the Full Site Editor. If that’s what you mean.

May I ask why. Is this a technical hurdle?
The Site Editor is a recent addition to Gutenberg, and I haven’t had the opportunity to enhance the plugin’s features to accommodate it yet. It’s not only a matter of incorporating the support but also ensuring that I have adequate resources to address any issues that may arise from it.
I see this as an additional feature request and therefore closing this ticket as I have noted it to consider.
That said, It’s an open-source project, and contributions are welcome.
