I’ve been testing the 24Seven Commerce Octopus integration to link our POS (Lightspeed R-Series) to Woo.

After being told in the sales call that they did not require the Legacy API, once it came time for testing it turns out they do require it, and thus we can’t us HPOS.
I submitted questions to them, one of which was if they will be updating to the current version of the Woo API to support HPOS, which I would expect to be the process required.
They responded with the following.
“Woocommerce REST API integration is already working.“
So, I replied that was not my question and had asked about being able to use HPOS.
To that they replied.
“Regarding the HPOS, We apologize because we do not have the control to do that, only the WooCommerce team will have the control with such things. It is also on their framework.“
Please only replies from Woo staff or if you know with certainty the facts of this API / HPOS situation and what it required for 24Seven to do.
Guesses are of no use in sending to them.
