My debugging code is “BMI-zu2nCsDq-38261.” Restoring from a backup file is failing at 92% the first time on a newly created website. Subsequent attempts on the same website after the initial restore failure result in getting stuck at 23% and freezing. note: I uploaded the backup file through FTP FileZilla
