OK, I am an utter idiot that is not quite awake. I have managed to delete the wrong database and managed to delete my whole website (!!)
Jeeez, I feel like I left my mother in charge of the tech :/
On the plus side I have updraft back-ups of the db and files etc, but I can’t get into the wordpress dashboard to reinstate these, and can’t work out how/where to upload these to.
