Restricting users to view forms results

Hi, at my friend’s workplace they use WordPress forms to make employee’s evaluations (HR gives a link and the employee fills the form), however is not set up properly, so everybody could potentially read anyone’s results.

How should he (he’s HR) configure it so nobody can read the results but HR?

(I’m the one asking because he doesn’t even know what reddit is)
