There might be two reason for this issue.
- It may happen that your theme is blocking the scroll function. So I request you to please deactivate the current theme and then use the default theme and then check.
- This issue might have occurred because you are using two different quizzes on a single page. It is advisable to always use a single quiz on each page. I request you to please use one quiz on the page and the second quiz on the other page and then check.
