Hi. We have been using your plugin Premium version for a long time, it has always worked without problems. Now we need to import a site with approx. 11,000 posts, WordPress and Joomla site are on the same server. When we previously imported pages in such a way, after a while the Start / Resume the import button turned blue and we clicked on it to continue the import. However, now when the button turns blue, we see the message ‘The import process is still running. Please wait before running it again’. Since we have not encountered such message before, could you clarify its meaning and in what circumstances we should actually use that button. Thank you.
