@pierremartin310 This sounds like new data is not being stored. There is an issue with WordPress’s core update_option functionality with some database collations.
To circumvent this:
- Please go to General, please select:
Clean Retrieved Data [X] Additional sanitization of retrieved data — emoticons are removed from text - Once set, go to Advanced | Clear Cache.
Now, you should see all of the expected reviews and you can use the HTML Import to store the remaining reviews.
