@stijnknapen Please check in the plugin’s settings under Retrieved Data. Do you see any errors in there?
If not, please try clearing either the plugin’s cache in Advanced or your website’s caching service or both.
Sometimes, there is an issue with emoticons in reviews not being saved correctly into the database. So, if one of your recent or relevant reviews has emoticons, this could be causing the problem. If so, please enable sanitization of these characters by enabling: Clean Retrieved Data [x] Additional sanitization of retrieved data — emoticons are removed from text.
