No one can rate my rich snippet section, and the rich snippet section is for rating, but no one can rate it and it is only displayed.
WordPress doesn’t have ratings built-in, nor does it have anything called a “rich snippet section” built-in.
Are you referring to a specific plugin? Would you please share a screenshot?
I’m not 100% sure where to look there, but I do see a collection of stars from Elementor, so I recommend getting in touch with Elementor’s support about this via https://elementor.com/support/ if you have any of their paid products or https://projectdmc.org/support/plugin/elementor/ if you do not.
