Hello everyone! I hope someone cal help me decide which would be the best option for an image optimizer plugin for my website. I really need to drastically reduce the size of some important pages so i’d figure it’d be best to ask here. I’m honestly more inclined to Shortpixel and Imagify as I’m seeing in their pricing info that they have unlimited plans and Robin has image limit. I’d be so grateful if someone could give me some tips or a recommendation before choosing one, as I plan on getting the yearly subscription.
Thank you in advance!

In my opinion if you’re trying to reduce a few important images and you don’t have a huge media library then you’re way better off compressing the image yourself as a WebP and uploading that to your site than paying for a plugin subscription. Irfanview can do a batch convert for a whole folder of images at once.
Without website URL its difficult to say. Generally speaking i prefer Shortpixel, either for functionalities and costs. It has better support incase you’re using also a CDN and i highly suggest to use picture tag for image replace and AVIF format so you can shrink down your images sizes but keeping a better quality than webp. But it really depends on your needs
1. How many images you need to optimize? If they are not that much you could rely on free solutions, such as Converter for media.
2. Whats your web server? Is that a Litespeed server? You might use LSCache to optimize images which is free and very powerful
3. Are you also using a CDN? Do you have a caching/optimization plugins that manage some image optimization such as preloading or lazy loading?
