Route / Map Integration

I’m looking at this WordPress blog, and wondering how the map integration might work? Is it a known plugin? Custom?

Select progress map on the right-side
Select anywhere on the map
Observe individual blog post details
Navigate to one of the blog posts, e.g.
Observe map showing the day’s route at the top

Would like to setup something similar with a large map of all routes, but each route broken down per blog post.
