Please see attached. It just shows Pro Carrier instead of Royal Mail although the Logistics company is sending Royal Mail. Im trying to paste the screenshot but not sure it has come through.

Thank you for sharing the screenshot. It looks like your logistics company is passing the shipping carrier as Pro Carrier. To resolve this issue, you will need to upgrade to AST PRO and map the Royal Mail shipping carrier with the Pro Carrier name. This will ensure that Royal Mail is displayed correctly.
