We are running on a european server but looking to move, we found a really nice company and really liked them, but they only have servers in the states, they have a very well developed integration with Cloudflare DNS, I wonder if it would be a big issue having the store hosted in the states if we want to serve only European clients. Considering Cloudflare would serve everything, only the dynamic parts like add to carts, checkouts, carts themselves and a few other things would be totally uncached.
