Hi
I am hoping this is a basic question with a simple answer, but wanted to check with others please…
Basically, I have an account with my hosting company which allows up to 5 sites on my account. The account is 'tied' to a specific domain – let's call it 'Website A'. I just have a holding page on that site with WP installed, it is not an active site.
At the moment, I also have websites B and C which are active sites and, in the back-end of the system they are shown as 'Website A. Website B' (I hope that makes sense!). Because I do not use A, I want to delete the wordpress installation from it to safe space / resources etc. So here is the question…
Can I safely delete the wordpress installation from A, without it having an effect on B and C?
I think I am OK to do that, but greatly appreciate a second opinion from those more experienced than me.
Thank you.

Yeah there doesn’t seem to be a problem except some hosts consider that domain as a primary site. You can check with your hosting provider as well
I believe you can safely delete the WordPress installation for “Website A” without impacting “Website B” and “Website C,” but be very careful that each site is configured independently on your hosting account.
“Website A” must not share any databases or essential files with the other sites, and it’s a good idea to back up your hosting account and databases before making changes, just in case: [https://www.fixrunner.com/best-wordpress-backup-plugins/](https://www.fixrunner.com/best-wordpress-backup-plugins/) (I use mostly All in one WP migration plugin)
