  1. Yeah there doesn’t seem to be a problem except some hosts consider that domain as a primary site. You can check with your hosting provider as well

  2. I believe you can safely delete the WordPress installation for “Website A” without impacting “Website B” and “Website C,” but be very careful that each site is configured independently on your hosting account.
