I’m currently using WP Offload Media Lite to upload and serve images from an Amazon S3 bucket. My host (Digital Ocean) provides me with 50GB of storage, which I am currently using 97%, mainly in the ‘uploads’ directory. Since the images from my image-heavy site are served from AWS, can I safely remove them from the uploads directory? Is there a reason why I need to keep two copies (local and remote)??
