Also, are you perhaps using a 3th party plugin to set sale/discount prices? If so, which one are you using?

No, we are not using plugin for sale prices.
In that case following the steps in the tutorial we shared should work fine.
Can you share the plugin debug.log URL with us so we can tell how you configured your feed? This is how you can retrieve the debug.log URL:

Thanks for this, I checked your feed and it does have sale prices in it. Just open it in a browser and search for sale_price. You did however forgot to add the currency of it in the prefix field (CHF) so I advise you to add it and reprocess the feed.
But I added both prefix and sale price, I don’t know why it shows you that they are not added.
I don’t think you added in your field mapping for both the regular and sale price field mappings otherwise it would show in the feed.
Can i send you somehow a screen shot of my field mapping?
You can upload an image to a 3rd party site and then share the link to that image. Thos site is often recommended but there are many others.

Exactly, you added CHF in the prefix field/column for the normal price field mapping but not for the sale price. Please also add CHF in the sale price field mapping.

That is correct (after you updated your feed).
