Sales value doubled on the dashboard

[ad_1]

Hi @skykingdomtv

Thank you for the message.

the total usage and the sales value appears to be doubled, but the list of referrals shows the correct amount.

Are the total usage and the sales value always showing doubled, whenever a new order is placed?

This is a strange one, I’ve not seen this come up before!

Is this just on the “Statistics” tab for the “All-time” statistics? If you click this month and last month are they showing OK? https://i.gyazo.com/0bf43ab73b3038d81a00e284448c191a.png

Please could you try going to the “Debug” settings tab and click the “Refresh All Data” button and see if that fixes it? https://i.gyazo.com/b9f8ca7fb75ca866eb4b43d8f065265c.png

Another thing is that the coupons are not applied automatically for users registering under the given referral link, how can you help on that as well.

Please ensure that these options are enabled in the settings: https://i.gyazo.com/e80b251ddf05f04d30c8b7049c1bfaa1.png

Additionally, the coupon code will need to be eligible for the products in the cart. If you try applying it manually, does it apply OK?

Please could you send me an example referral link so I can take a look?

Thanks!

Hi thanks for the quick response, the first issue of doubling figures on the dashboard has been resolved after doing the debugging, however, the second one of auto-assigning the coupon on referral is still not working even if I assigned products to the coupon. When I do it manually it works but I would be very happy to have it automatic since once we launch it there will be many people registering and we would not know which coupon to match with registration.

Hi @skykingdomtv – please could you send me an example referral link for one of your codes, so I can take a look?

This is the link sir, its on the staging site for now.

Hi,

Thanks.

It looks like your are using the “Paid Member Subscriptions” checkout, instead of WooCommerce checkout.

The Coupon Affiliates plugin only works with WooCommerce checkout currently.

You will need to switch to using WooCommerce for your checkout, for it to work properly with Coupon Affiliates.

With Paid Member Subscriptions, you should be able to do this with their WooCommerce addon and “Product Memberships” feature: https://www.cozmoslabs.com/wordpress-paid-member-subscriptions/#add-ons

Hope this helps!
