Same Stripe account for Woocommerce and PMP

I have a Stripe account that’s already integrated on my site as the payment gateway for Woocommerce. Can the same account be used for PMP also or will it cause issues?

I know there’s an add-on to use Woocoomerce instead but I need to set up a recurring charge and can’t do it with Woocommerce without an additional plugin.
