In order to test this, you wouldn’t need to place orders, as the prices are calculated at checkout. However, if you wish to place test orders fully, you can see if the payment gateways you’re using include testing/sandbox mode, or you can always use the Cash on Delivery option so you don’t have to go through using any credit card, live or test! 🙂
