WordPress plugins heavily rely on PHP. If you don’t have experience and are not looking to learn, I would use a current commercial solution. Amelia has a lifetime license. I like Amelia. If I were to pay for a solution, I would opt for Calendly. Calendly free is great but not suited for more than a sole proprietorship.
