Also to add both libraries actually exist I just checked them in wp-includes/js

@snippet24 Query Monitor should show a “missing” label next to the missing dependency, and as this isn’t the case in your screenshot it unfortunately means something is quite messed up with the script dependency system on your site that QM can’t detect.

Your best approach is, as always, to try deactivating the plugins on your site one by one to try to identify the culprit, and to try switching to one of the default “Twenty” themes to see if your theme is at fault.
