Thanks for your message. We believe your home page is using the “Search Form” shortcode rather than the “Search Form” widget, and this is the cause of the problem. For the home page we always suggest using the widgets, while the Shortcodes can be used on any other page of your website to start and route the booking process.
What’s happening in your case is that the same page is trying to start the booking process, but the home page is a special page with no permalink, and so that’s why you should rather use the Search Form widget there, which points to another page of your website (like /book-now) where a Shortcode of Vik Booking is published.
